Jason Springs, associate professor of religion, ethics and peace studies, has been appointed director of doctoral studies at the University of Notre Dame's Kroc Institute, effective July 1, 2016.
Garrett FitzGerald, a first-year doctoral student in Peace Studies and Political Science (Political Theory), has been named the John and Judy Scully Fellow in Peace Studies.
Matthew Chandler, a Notre Dame doctoral student in sociology and peace studies, has been named the Steven D. Pepe Ph.D. Fellow in Peace Studies for the 2015–2016 academic year.
