  • Spoke on a podcast with the Hollings Center for International Dialogue: "Episode 18: on Higher Education in Afghanistan" is part of the Center's series, "Picking Up Where We Left Off." It was released on September 24.

  • Took part in three days of drafting the final report of the International Law Association Committee on the use of force: "Military Action on Consent," at the University of Cape Twon, February 13-15.
  • Spoke on a panel that discussed law and governance of artificial intelligence in the military domain at the Responsible AI in the Military domain (REAIM) Summit 2024 that took place September 9-10 in South Korea.
