Sehrazat G. Mart
Peace Studies & Sociology
Sehrazat G. Mart (peace studies and sociology) received her B.A. degrees (with high honors) in political science & international relations and sociology from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey.
She is a Doctoral Student Affiliate of the Kellogg Institute for International Studies and a Mullen Family Fellow. Her areas of interest include urban sociology, political sociology, social movements and social theory. Her primary research interest lies in the socio-political forces and conditions that facilitate or obstruct participatory and deliberative urban governance and the role of urban movements in shaping the city.
