July 22: The Ongoing Global Ompact of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Featuring Dr. Michael Heisler, Professor of Medicine at the Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota and member of the Kroc Institute’s Advisory Board, and Dr. David Gaus, a 1984 Notre Dame graduate and co-founder of Andean Health & Development with Fr. Ted Hesburgh.

In the midst of the ongoing global pandemic, how are efforts to build peace and address the causes of violent conflict and injustice impacted?

Throughout the summer, join faculty members and graduate students from the University of Notre Dame’s Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies for weekly video conversations related to the COVID-19 crisis, current events, and peace studies.

New video shorts will be released each Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. EDT (3:00 p.m. GMT). You can watch them on the Kroc Institute’s YouTube channel, Facebook page, and on the Kroc Institute website at kroc.nd.edu/videoshorts

Upcoming Conversations:
