The Kroc Institute's interdisciplinary core faculty is growing with the addition of a sociologist, a psychologist, and a political scientist.

Former Ohio governor John J. Gilligan, professor emeritus of law at the University of Notre Dame and the founding director of the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, died Monday (Aug. 26) at his home in Cincinnati. He was 92.
