Victoria Tin-bor Hui, Notre Dame Associate Professor of Political Science and a Faculty Fellow at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, was quoted in The Guardian article "Hong Kong police fire rubber bullets as protests turn violent."
Hui is also a Faculty Fellow at the Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies and the Kellogg Institute for International Studies, and a Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Civil and Human Rights.
