Sarah Genz

Sarah Genz is the program manager for strategic peacebuilding at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies. Prior to joining the Kroc Institute, Sarah worked as a program manager for the Pulte Institute for Global Development, leading a range of international development projects within the Entrepreneurship and Education division. Her portfolio included acting as administrative director for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders at Notre Dame, managing a collaborative project with higher education institutions in Algiers focused on mathematics and artificial intelligence, and serving as academic advisor for the social entrepreneurship and innovation minor within the Keough School of Global Affairs. Her work primarily included project management, event planning and coordination, and research/reporting.

Sarah holds a masters of nonprofit administration from the University of Notre Dame, and she received her bachelor of arts degree in Arabic and psychology from Notre Dame. Throughout her undergraduate and masters years at Notre Dame, she was a student-athlete and two-time team captain for the varsity softball team. She is also a multi-year ACC Academic Honor Roll inductee and recipient of the ND Athletics Community Champion award.
