Juan Flores Ramirez

Juan Flores Ramirez is responsible for managing financial planning and business transactions for the Kroc Institute.  He also coordinates budgeting and financial activities with the Keough School of Global Affairs.

Prior to joining the Kroc Institute, Juan spent 30 years working for Beacon Health System in South Bend, Indiana, in various financial management roles.  Most recently he served as Executive Director of Finance for Beacon Medical Group, where he focused on financial planning, budgeting and financial monitoring, financial reporting and analysis, financial sustainability, physician practice acquisitions and evaluations, physician compensation, and revenue cycle management.

Juan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Manchester College.
