General Speaker Information
Thank you for accepting our invitation to speak at the Kroc conference in November, we are looking forward to hosting you. We have responded to all submissions received during the call for proposals. If you submitted a paper as a part of the panel, please reach out to the panelist who submitted the full panel, as they have your official invitation letter. If you are in need of a separate invitation letter, please reach out to our conference coordinator directly, Ari Woodworth at email@example.com.
Visa letters for all speakers in need are available by request. You may request these letters by emailing our conference coordinator Ari Woodworth at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Speaker Conference Registration
Registration is now closed. If you are having registration issues, please email Ari Woodworth at email@example.com.
The registration fee includes all meals served on the Notre Dame campus during the conference (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast).
Fees are tiered as follows:
- Graduate Students: $50
- Practitioners and NGO employees: $75
- Junior Faculty Members: $100
- Senior Faculty Members: $150
Organizing Your Panel or Roundtable
For those of you who submitted and were accepted to present a full panel or roundtable at the conference, please complete the following items no later than August 9, 2019. If we do not hear from you, you may loose your spot in the conference agenda. This information can be sent to conference coordinator Ari Woodworth at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send your final list of panelists including full name and title (Dr./Ms./Mr./Professor).
- Send a complete list of all individual paper titles that will be presented during your panel. This does not apply to roundtables.
- Please confirm your style of presentation: Roundtable, Panel Discussion or other.
- Please let us know if any of your speakers will be joining us remotely.
If your individual paper was accepted for the conference, our steering committee is working to combine your paper with other accepted papers to form panels for the conference. We will be reaching out to you with more information about your panel no later than September 15, 2019.
Speaker Financial Aid
We are no longer accepting funding requests. All funding must be secured elsewhere.
If you have already submitted a funding request and have not heard back from us, we will be in touch as soon as possible. Any additional questions about your funding stipend can be directed to our conference coordinator, Ari Woodworth at email@example.com.
