Join the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies for the launch of David Cortright's latest book, "A Peaceful Superpower: Lessons from the World's Largest Antiwar Movement." Panelists include Ann Mische, associate professor of Sociology and Peace Studies, and Lisa Schirch, Richard G. Starmann, Sr. Professor of the Practice of Peace Studies.

As the Bush administration prepared to wage war against Iraq, millions of people in the United States and around the world took to the streets to warn against impending disaster. It was the largest wave of antiwar protest in history. This is the story of those dramatic events.
