Eliot Fackler conducts policy research and analysis for David Cortright, the Kroc Institute, and the Fourth Freedom Forum.
Prior to joining the Kroc Institute, Fackler earned an M.A. degree in U.S. history from the University of Oregon, where he won an award for excellence in teaching. He has worked as a G.R.E. instructor, a substitute teacher in Oxford, Ohio, and a research intern for EcoCity Cleveland. Fackler graduated from the College of Wooster in 2004 with a B.A. degree in history.
