Hal Culbertson oversees finances, staffing, and communications for the institute. He received a J.D. and M.A. in philosophy from the University of Illinois and completed an M.A. in peace studies at the Kroc Institute in 1995-96. He has previous experience as a lawyer and legal editor and served as a program administrator during a three-year term with Mennonite Central Committee-Bangladesh. He joined the Kroc Institute staff in 1997.
