Beyond Voting: A Right to Political Participation in the 21st Century

This panel was part of a year-long celebration of the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights on its 60th anniversary. To promote
awareness of human rights and to urge members of our campus and
community to consider how the declaration applies today, this event
focuses on Article 21, the right to political participation.
