In her role as writer and content specialist at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, Lisa manages website updates, writes feature articles and news briefs on Institute news and events, develops weekly and monthly e-newsletters and creates content for other email communications.

Lisa began her career at Notre Dame as Department Coordinator for the Department of History where she managed the day-to-day finances and operations and the faculty appointment process, handled communications and event promotions, website updates, and other administrative tasks.

For the past 5 years, Lisa has served at the Kroc Institute as the events and visiting fellows program manager. In this role, she coordinated over 500 events, processed and welcomed over 50 visiting fellows to Kroc, helped oversee Kroc's annual Summer Institute for Teaching Peace for several years and assisted in the coordination of the Building Sustainable Peace Conference in 2019. She was able to pivot during COVID to ensure the Kroc Institute's international presence and showcase faculty research and work in the field through remote Zoom events.

Lisa began her career at Notre Dame as department coordinator for the Department of History where she managed the day-to-day finances, operations and supervisory duties of the department. In addition to facilitating the faculty appointment process, developing departmental communications and event promotions, she handled website updates and conducted other administrative tasks. She organized the 2017 conference, "Ireland, America and Empire."

Lisa received her BA in English writing and mass communications from Saint Mary's College in 2007 and her MBA with a focus in human resources from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2013. She will graduate with her JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2025.
