Lisa McKay, a 2003 graduate of the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, will read from her new novel, “My Hands Came Away Red,” described by Publishers Weekly as “one of Christian fiction’s best novels of the year.” The novel tells the story of an 18-year-old girl whose mission trip to Indonesia goes tragically awry when Muslim and Christian tensions flare.
A light lunch will be served.
