Request a Transcript

Transcripts are issued by the Notre Dame Office of the Registrar. On the Registrar’s Transcript Request Page you will see two options:

If you click on Alumni Transcript Request, you will be prompted to sign in to myNotreDame. If not already registered, you will need to create a new account. Login to the myND system verifies your identity, so no signature is needed on the transcript request form.

If you have difficulty accessing your myNotreDame account, you can instead click on the Former Student Transcript Request button. This will take you to the same transcript request form, but you will be required to print, sign, and return the signed form by fax or email before your transcript can be sent.

Note: If you do not have your Social Security number or your Notre Dame ID number, you can leave those fields blank. If your name and birthdate are included on the form, the registrar's office should be able to locate your record. If you have questions, e-mail the Registrar's Office at transcripts.1@nd.edu

Transcripts are usually issued within 1-2 days and can be sent electronically or by mail. Fees (listed on the website) depend on delivery method and can be paid by credit card.
